Before coming to the retreat
For those who are coming to the retreat and are on a spiritual journey of self-finding (i.e Buddhist Mindfulness) or inner reflection there are some tools we have developed that can better facilitate this process.
If this is the case, download the Personal Reflections Questionnaires 1 (pre retreat) from the 'Retreat and Resource Materials' and complete it before you come to the event. Also download Personal Reflections Questionnaire 2 as you need it later.
The first questionnaire aids in defining some of the belief patterns that helped create your current sense of identity and self-belief and some of the undesired consequences you may be facing. It also aims to assess your future aspirations. These questionnaires are for your own personal use and the information in it doesn't need to be shared unless you wish to do so of course. It is purely for your own reflective purposes.
At the end of the retreat you should then complete the Personal Reflections Questionnaire 2, in order to see how the Buddhist Mindfulness or the retreat experience has influenced your life perspective in general.
In any case, participant should download the document ‘Buddhist Mindfulness and The True Purpose of Conflict’ for pre-reading as it provides a great insight into Buddhist Mindfulness and related psychological principles. It will be the companion book to the retreat.
